In Kirov, they have started to mow the grass en masse.

      According to the JSC "Gordormoststroy," work is primarily being carried out on the central and main streets of the city. Currently, crews and equipment are working on Vladimirskaya, Vorovskogo, and Lenina streets, as well as on the alley of Oktyabrsky Avenue.

      The GDMS reported that four crews are involved in the work. Grass is being mowed both manually and with the help of mechanized equipment. In addition, a remote-controlled lawn mower has been deployed on the streets.

      In the future, the contractor plans to use larger equipment with trailer-mounted tools. It will be directed to mow along major highways — in particular, on the Kirov — Russkoye road and at the approaches to the new bridge.

      The city administration added that lawn mowing will be conducted cyclically throughout the summer — as the grass grows.

      At the same time, contractors continue to clean the city: washing road surfaces and barrier fences, sweeping sidewalks, and collecting garbage. About 40 units of equipment and 50 workers participate in the work daily.
