Recordings will be made around the clock. Before the voting begins, all premises will be inspected for anti-terrorism security. Dog handlers with service dogs will be involved in the inspections. After that, the polling stations will be placed under round-the-clock security by police officers. Contingency measures are also planned in case of emergencies: additional premises and even buses have been prepared where electoral documentation and commission members can be accommodated if necessary. A total of over 980,000 voters are registered in the Kirov region, of which more than 417,000 are in Kirov.
