In Kirov, thousands of schoolchildren will spend their holidays cleaning the streets.

      In Kirov, during the summer holidays, temporary employment for teenagers is being organized. As reported by the social affairs commission, nearly 13 million rubles have been allocated for this purpose. It is planned that 1,043 teenagers will get jobs. Vacancies will be created in youth policy, culture, and sports institutions. Schoolchildren will be able to take simple positions without special training — for example, as laborers, janitors, or cleaners. Teenagers will work for 15 days, for 3–4 hours a day. With maximum employment, the salary will be around 10,700 rubles. Additionally, material support from the employment center is provided — about 3,500 rubles more. Authorities are also considering the possibility of allocating additional funds to employ another 73 teenagers. This is related to the increase in the minimum wage. The proposal has already been sent to the finance department and has received support from the deputies.
