The prosecutor's office returned 101 thousand to a pensioner in the Orichevsky district.

      In the Orichevsky district of the Kirov region, a 60-year-old local resident was refunded the money stolen from her bank account. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

      The woman became a victim of fraud: the criminals gained access to her account and stole 101,000 rubles. A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of fraud. It turned out that the stolen funds were transferred to the account of a front person living in the Udmurt Republic, in order to later cash them out.

      The prosecutor's office intervened in the situation and filed a lawsuit in court to recover the amount of unjust enrichment and interest for the use of someone else's money from the account holder. The court supported the demands of the supervisory authority. As a result, the defendant returned the entire stolen amount to the woman.
