The unfinished buildings of KRIK in Shutovshchina have been decided to be sold.

      Recently, the government of the Kirov region published a decree amending the list of property in regional ownership planned for privatization in 2026-2028. It mentions five unfinished buildings in the village of Shutovshchina in the Kirovo-Chepetsk district at Begovaya, 5 and 5A, Polyanskaya, 4, 6, and 8. The area of the buildings themselves is 4.5-4.6 thousand square meters, with the plots underneath them ranging from 5.1 to 6.9 thousand square meters.

      Meanwhile, open sources report that it appears to be about unfinished apartment buildings of the "Kirov Regional Mortgage Corporation," which has been declared bankrupt for several years. The property of KRMC was transferred to the ownership of the Kirov region. Attempts to sell it have been made before, but they were unsuccessful. Meanwhile, the unfinished buildings are a concern for local residents, so it is necessary to do something about them, which the authorities seem to have come to realize.

      It should be noted that in addition to these properties, officials are also counting on the sale of another unfinished building in Luza on Lenin Street. An uninhabited building in the Bolshevik settlement of the Sunskiy district on Obzherina Street will also be put up for sale.
