In 2025, "Uralchem" allocated 163 million for charity in the Kirov region.
As part of the "Uralchem - Regions" program, a trilateral cooperation agreement has been signed between "Uralchem," the Government of Kirov Region, and the administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk. Under its terms, "Uralchem" and the Government of Kirov Region allocated 29 million rubles each for the development of Kirovo-Chepetsk, with a total amount of 58 million rubles. These funds were directed towards the construction of the "Dvurichye" park and the improvement of public areas: repairing sidewalks, creating a turnaround circle, parking, and access to the "Chepetskaya" station.
In 2025, cooperation continued with nine municipalities in Kirov Region, whose residents' interests are represented in the regional Legislative Assembly by deputies who are employees of the company. The "KCHHK" branch provides financial support to the territories for the implementation of socially significant tasks and projects in various areas. In these same districts, a large-scale campaign called "Good Harvest" took place in the spring. Women in the region aged 55 and older were given mineral fertilizers produced by the "KCHHK" branch. About 40,000 gardeners received fertilizers.
The enterprise collaborates with public organizations in the region, allocates funds for competitions and events, and supports local initiative projects (PPMI). PPMI is aimed at solving socially significant problems by combining financial resources from the region, the city, and residents. In 2025, the traditional ecological campaign "Good Sprout" for greening urban areas took place, this time green plantings appeared in the "Southern" park.
"Uralchem" works with educational institutions in Kirovo-Chepetsk and Kirovo-Chepetsk District. The implementation of the federal project "Professionalism," in which the "KCHHK" branch is a partner, continues at the Vyatka Automobile Industry College in Kirovo-Chepetsk. In 2025, 10 million rubles were allocated to support the project. The funds were used to purchase equipment and software necessary for the implementation of basic vocational educational programs.
A priority direction of "Uralchem's" social policy is the support of children's sports. The company is a strategic partner of the "Olympia" hockey sports school. Thanks to this cooperation, more than 260 children participated in 54 away competitions. The material and technical support of the institution has been updated: sports uniforms and equipment were purchased, the ice field in the "Olymp-Arena" ice palace was painted, and hockey markings were applied, and a throwing zone was equipped.
The "KCHHK" branch also provides sponsorship assistance in organizing and conducting competitions in swimming, Greco-Roman wrestling, and judo. In August 2025, with the support of "Uralchem," a visit was organized in Kirovo-Chepetsk as part of the interregional program "Champion's Mission" by two-time Olympic swimming champion Evgeny Rylov, 2025 World Champion and 2024 European Champion in judo Matvey Kanikovsky, and bronze medalist of the 2008 European Football Championship Roman Pavlyuchenko. They conducted master classes for more than 300 students of specialized departments of sports schools in Kirovo-Chepetsk and interacted with children and coaches.
Special attention is paid to veteran organizations in Kirovo-Chepetsk. The "KCHHK" branch provides organizational and financial support to the Veterans Council of KCHHK and the Kirovo-Chepetsk City Veterans Council.
