In Kirov, nearly 5 million has been allocated for cleaning toilets.

      An auction for the maintenance of street toilets in Kirov has been published on the government procurement website. This involves regular cleaning, sanitary treatment, and repairs of the cabins located in popular urban areas. According to the documents, the contractor will need to monitor the condition of the toilets in Alexandrovsky Park, on the Green Embankment, Spasskaya Square, and at the intersection of Spasskaya and Svobody streets. A total of several modules of different capacities are planned to be serviced. The initial price of the contract is 4.5 million rubles. The application period will last until April 17, and the results will be announced on April 21. According to the documentation, the list of tasks includes cleaning and disinfecting the premises, waste disposal, refilling tanks with water and special agents, as well as replenishing supplies of soap and toilet paper. In addition, the contractor must perform minor repairs — for example, changing batteries in sensor taps or light fixtures. Maintenance will be conducted daily: on weekdays — once a day, and on weekends and holidays in summer — up to twice. In winter, the frequency will be reduced to once a day. The contractor is also required to close the toilets at night — from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and in severe frosts below -25 degrees, to completely suspend their operation. The services under the contract are provided until November 30, 2026. During this time, the contractor must ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the city toilets, which are actively used by residents and tourists.
