In the Kirov region, wild boars are facing a difficult season.
The silence of the Kirov forests will be broken by gunshots this spring. But before heading out for trophies, hunters will have to navigate a bureaucratic quest. The Ministry of Natural Resources of the Kirov Region has announced the start of accepting applications for the distribution of permits for wild boar hunting in publicly accessible lands. The procedure will begin on April 10 and will end exactly one month later — on May 10.
The main news for hunters: there will be no generous quotas this season. One hunter is entitled to only one permit and only for one wild boar. And no "backup airfields" — the hunting ground is also chosen only once.
There are several ways to submit an application. You can come in person to Nikitskaya, 82, bringing your federal hunting ticket. You can go to the nearest Multifunctional Center (MFC). For advanced users, the Regional State Services Portal is available, where detailed instructions are provided. And finally, you can send a registered letter by mail.
By the way, about letters. This is one of the main stumbling blocks. Sending a regular letter instead of a registered one is a surefire way to get rejected. And no sentiments: if anything other than the sender's application is found in the envelope, it will also be rejected.
A special category is for beneficiaries. Those who expect preferences will have to put in some effort. They need a special application form and copies of certificates confirming the hunting of wolves, foxes, or raccoon dogs. An alternative is a certificate of completed biotechnical activities. At the same time, the number of declared animals must not exceed the number of available documents.
The list of reasons for rejection is extensive, and almost each of them is a result of ordinary inattention. Incorrect form, especially if someone mistakenly uses a form that was canceled back on February 1. Corrections, crossings out, additions — all of this is considered defective. No signature? Goodbye. No separate sheet with consent for the processing of personal data? Also a no-go. And you must also attach a copy of the valid hunting permit, and not just one page, but the entire document.
Where to get the correct forms and verify each step — on the official website of the ministry, links have already been published there.
As for the most important thing — when and where the distribution will take place and who is allowed at all — this information will be made public later. After all applications are accepted, processed, and a sigh of relief is breathed. It is worth keeping an eye on the ministry's information resources for updates.
The season for wild boars promises to be tense. For hunters too. But for different reasons.

In the Kirov region, wild boars are facing a difficult season.
Starting from April 10, Kirov hunters will have a chance to obtain the coveted permit for hunting wild boar, but neither side should relax. The regional Ministry of Environmental Protection has imposed strict restrictions: only one animal per person. Any mistake in the application will turn participation into a spectator role.
