Recently, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia for the Kirov Region received a complaint about an electronic auction organized by the administration of the Bolshokitjaksky rural settlement in the Malmyzh district for the construction of a bridge in the village of Stary Burets. The applicant expressed the opinion that the customer violated the law on the contract system by incorrectly setting the requirements for the participants in the procurement. The commission of the regional FAS concluded that the arguments in the complaint were justified. As a result, it issued a directive to the customer to eliminate the violation, the agency's press service reported.
