The Legislative Assembly Committee reviewed a draft law amending the law "On Administrative Responsibility in the Kirov Region." It was proposed to be adopted in two readings.
As reported by Finance Minister Larisa Makoveeva, the document allows officials from local self-government bodies to initiate administrative cases. But not in all cases, only for violations in the field of municipal procurement and during treasury support. In the future, the cases are expected to be referred to the FAS, and fines will be transferred to local budgets.
In response to the question of what types of violations may occur during treasury support, Makoveeva answered that, for example, customers and contractors often violate deadlines. It will now be easier to punish them for this.
