A January list of top developers by construction volume has been compiled.
"The Unified Developers' Resource" published a new ranking of construction companies in Kirov. As of January 1, 2026, the top developers by current construction volume are "Kirovspetsmontazh", "Kirovsky SSK", and "Zhelezo", which are currently building 120, 75, and 67 thousand square meters of housing, respectively. Next in the ranking are "Kino Development", "Firma Mayakovskaya", "Altai-Stroy", GC "Avitek", PS "Nedvizhimost", SZ "SMT", and SZ "SMU-5". Their volumes range from 30 to 5 thousand square meters.
