According to Governor Alexander Sokolov, the Kirov region lacks engineering personnel, workers in manufacturing industries, design engineers, technologists, and project planners. He proposed a solution to this problem. The head of the region noted that in the Kirov region the "Kadry" program is overseen by First Deputy Chairman of the Government Dmitry Kurdyumov. To assist him, Sokolov will send his assistant. Also, youth employment assistance functions will be transferred to the Ministry of Youth Policy. In connection with this, the ministry's work will be reorganized, and its best employees will be assigned to deal with this issue.
