Kirov residents have begun to complain less often.
At a government meeting, they reported on the work of the Kirov Regional Management Center. According to data as of December 25, it processed 56,725 messages this year. For the same period in 2024 there were 67,620, or 16% more.
Most often local residents complained about roads (23%), urban improvement (22%), public transport (13%), housing and utilities (11%), and healthcare (4%). For comparison: in 2024 it was 26%, 22%, 11%, 13% and 4% respectively.
Forty-eight percent of complaints were made by residents of Kirov. Next are Kirovo-Chepetsk, Kotel'nich, Kirovo-Chepetsky District and Slobodskoy.
Looking at transport complaints, people were most often dissatisfied with bus and trolleybus schedules, changes/cancellations of routes, the condition or absence of stops, drivers' improper behavior, changes in the number of vehicles and many other issues.
The level of satisfaction with officials' responses was 81% in 2025. In 2024 it was 75%, in 2023 — 77%, in 2022 — 74%.
