The Thermal Reference Service (TRS) portal has received expanded functionality: now users can see all stages of work at a site online — from start to finish. The site now includes brief descriptions of each step and approximate timelines for their completion. If the work is carried out by an external organization, this is also shown in the object’s profile.
In addition, the portal still allows users to:
report problems with hot water or heating
check the status of a previously submitted request
submit a new request if there is no information about a shutdown at the address
receive timely information about the quality of services provided.
