In the Omutninsky District, work to restore the cross-sectional profile and evenness of the roadway on the Omutninsk–Peskovka–Kirs highway has been completed. The section is three kilometers long. In particular, workers strengthened the roadbed by adding crushed stone and a sand-and-gravel mixture.
The Ministry of Transport noted that last year similar work was carried out in the Omutninsky District on a section of the above-mentioned road measuring 3.7 kilometers. It is being repaired in stages.
