In Kirov Oblast, the investigation into the criminal case of a 36-year-old resident of Omutninsk has been completed. He is accused of torture and intentionally inflicting bodily harm of moderate severity. Investigators established that between May and August 2025, while at his home on Logovaya Street in Omutninsk, the man periodically abused his 16-year-old daughter and his wife. As a result, the girl developed a mental disorder and required medical assistance. The materials of the criminal case were recently forwarded to the court.
