On November 29 and 30, from 8:00 to 17:00, movement, stopping and parking of vehicles will be prohibited on the section of Spasskaya Street from Lenina Street to Nikitskaya Street. The reason is preparation for the implementation of the "Winter Spasskaya" project.
The city administration noted that during the closure residents will be able to drive to their homes. Passage for emergency services will also be allowed.
