Bank Khlynov and the Russian State University for the Humanities signed a cooperation agreement.
At the core of the cooperation is an ecosystem of four elements: traditions, theory, advanced practice, and real-world cases. The key areas of interaction cover the competencies most in demand in the financial sector: risk management, information security, jurisprudence, financial literacy, marketing, information technology, human resources management, and artificial intelligence.
“This is not a one-off event, but the building of a long-term program aimed at training highly skilled, competitive specialists for our country’s economy. We plan to create an ecosystem in which the theoretical knowledge traditionally acquired within the walls of a leading university will be reinforced by cutting-edge practice and real cases from the financial industry on Bank Khlynov’s platform,” said Ilya Prozorov, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Khlynov.
The collaboration will be implemented in several formats:
Research activities: joint analysis of the banking sector market, consumer behavior research, and risk assessment.
Project work where RGGU students can hone and acquire key skills: solving practical cases with the support of Bank Khlynov specialists.
Educational programs and grants: organizing case championships and hackathons at RGGU for students, with topics that will provide an excellent practical basis for coursework and theses.
Support for innovation: Bank Khlynov will consider promising student fintech startups for further development and initial funding.
“For RGGU, collaboration with Bank Khlynov is an opportunity to create a fundamentally new model for preparing personnel for the entrepreneurial environment. Students will gain unique access to real business challenges, and the bank will have the opportunity to build a talent pool of specialists already familiar with its specifics. This is a mutually beneficial partnership in which everyone wins: the university, business, and, most importantly, the students themselves,” emphasized RGGU head Andrey Loginov.
