Kirov residents will be able to send a letter with the Kremlin.
Russian Post has issued a new stamp in the "My Russia" series. The sketch used for the release won the All-Russian competition for designing a postage stamp and postcard.
The stamp depicts Saint Basil's Cathedral (Cathedral of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos) and the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin. The stamp's denomination is 80 rubles.
The Post's subsidiary, JSC Marka, issues the state postal payment instruments. It was the organizer of the competition, which took place from July 1 to August 24, 2025, with the support of the Moscow branch of the Union of Artists of Russia and the Union of Philatelists of Russia.
The main idea of the competition is to show recipients the country's nature, culture and traditions through stamps and postcards, and to spark their interest in traveling around Russia or collecting postal items.
In total, more than 500 entries took part in the competition.
