In the summer of 2024 the inspection was repeated — and the plot was found to be in the same condition. The company was fined 200,000 rubles for the violation; the fine was paid.
After that the landowner was issued an official order to clear the land by May 7, 2025. But by the set deadline the work had not been carried out.
In July of this year Rosselkhoznadzor drew up a new protocol — this time for failure to comply with the order. The case was referred to a justice of the peace. In August the court fined LLC "Soltan Royal" another 50,000 rubles. According to the agency, the fine was paid in full on November 19.
