A Chepetsk firm won nearly 150,000 from a Kirov firm in court.

Earlier, representatives of Conte, a company from Kirovo-Chepetsk, filed a lawsuit against the Kirov firm Nord in the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region. They sought to recover 147,000 rubles from the firm.

It turned out that Nord had rented premises in one of the shopping centers, and Conte provided it with premises maintenance and utility services. At some point the parties had a dispute over payment for the services — for some time the tenant had not actually occupied the premises, so he refused to pay for services for that period, while the provider insisted on receiving the full payment. In the end the case went to court.

The court of first instance ordered Nord to pay the aforementioned sum. The company failed to overturn this decision in the appellate court.

You can take part in the study by following the link https://nk.onf.ru/surveys/NP_2025.

The survey covers the key areas in which the national projects are being implemented: healthcare, education, culture, housing and utilities, ecology, digitalization and others. Participants are asked to assess the current state of these areas, note positive or negative changes, and also name specific measures that have affected quality of life.

Particular attention is being paid to issues such as housing affordability, drinking water quality, the level of digital services in government bodies, and the amount of utility charges.

The study is conducted anonymously, and the collected data will be processed exclusively in aggregated form for the preparation of analytical reports.
