      Earlier, representatives of Conte, a company from Kirovo-Chepetsk, filed a lawsuit against the Kirov firm Nord in the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region. They sought to recover 147,000 rubles from the firm.

At some point the parties had a dispute over payment for the services — for some time the tenant had not actually occupied the premises, so he refused to pay for services for that period, while the provider insisted on receiving the full payment. In the end the case went to court.

      The court of first instance ordered Nord to pay the aforementioned sum. The company failed to overturn this decision in the appellate court.
