A Kirov company lost a lawsuit to Norvik Bank.

      Earlier representatives of the Kirov-based company "Flagman" filed a lawsuit against Norvik Bank, demanding that the loan agreement concluded between them be declared invalid and that the bank be ordered to pay 214,000 rubles. The plaintiff stated that, in its opinion, the calculations under that agreement had been done incorrectly and that the bank may have been unjustly enriched by the above amount.

      The bank itself did not accept the claims, saying that it had calculated everything correctly. It also argued that the statute of limitations had expired. The court reached roughly the same conclusions and ruled to deny the claim. An attempt to appeal the court's decision was unsuccessful — the appellate court left it unchanged.
