Is Kirov's Dynamo not interested in local homegrown players?

      The season in the national football championship’s Second League (Gold division) has ended. On that occasion the VK page “History of Football in Kirov Oblast” published some interesting statistics. There — broadly speaking — is the attitude of FC Dynamo’s management toward local homegrown players. Let’s take a look… The team’s roster for the season included four players under 20. All are from Kirov. Goalkeeper Kirill Belevskikh did not step onto the field even once, defender Timofey Sitnikov — the same, midfielder Nikita Semeniщev — the same situation. As with forward Ivan Laptev. They all performed well at youth levels, and Dynamo was a logical next step for them to continue their careers.
