The best electromechanics were selected at the KCHHK branch.
The competition program consisted of three stages. In the first part, the participants presented an introductory card — a self-presentation on the topic "My profession — an electromechanic." The second stage was a test of the participants' theoretical knowledge. They answered 100 questions on the basics of electrical engineering, metrology, occupational safety in the operation of electrical installations, first aid, and other important topics. Next, the electromechanics had to complete a timed practical task consisting of two assignments.
Based on the results of the competition, the winner was Denis Mardanov, second place went to Nikolai Kolesnikov, and third to Viktor Makeev. The winners of the contest were awarded diplomas and cash prizes.
Andrey Papulov, chief instrument technician — chief metrologist of the "KChHK" branch of JSC OHK "Uralchem":
The professional skills competition among electromechanics is held at our enterprise every year. Each time we try to introduce changes to theory and practice. Such contests help reveal both employees' professional competencies and their personal qualities, for example, resilience, perseverance, and leadership. They are also a good tool for encouraging healthy competition among employees and for further growth and development.
