An inspection by the supervisory authority showed that from July to October 2025 the design and construction company "B" accrued a debt of more than two million rubles to 19 employees. As a result, a formal notice was issued to the company's management, and an administrative case was opened against the company under Part 6 of Article 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for violation of labor legislation. In addition, the inspection materials were transferred to the investigative authorities — a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for non-payment of wages for more than two months has already been opened and is being investigated there. After the prosecutor's office intervened, the debt was fully repaid and the employees' rights were restored.
