Belykh reacted to the death of the former head of Verkhoshizhemsky District.

      Former Kirov Oblast governor Nikita Belykh published a comment regarding the death of Dmitry Kadesnikov, the former head of Verkhoshizhemsky District, who died on November 15 in a traffic accident on the Kirov–Sovetsk–Yaransk highway. Belykh said the news of the tragedy was sad for him. He recalled that he had worked with Kadesnikov for almost eight years and had always considered him one of the strongest and most proactive municipal leaders. "He was one of the most outstanding, capable and proactive heads of municipalities. And that is truly so. He was a good man," Belykh wrote. According to the former governor, Kadesnikov turned 50 on October 25, and at the request of his friends he recorded a video greeting, not even suspecting that a few weeks later he would be speaking of him in the past tense.
