The purchase of musical instruments and equipment for children's schools of the arts is budgeted at 22.3 million rubles. The creation of six model libraries in Belokholunitsky, Luzsky, Nemskiy, Pizhansky and Falensky districts is allocated 55 million rubles. In addition, 35 million rubles are to be allocated for the renovation of the Vyatka Philharmonic's auditorium and the replacement of its seats. Technical outfitting of the drama theatre will cost 20.4 million rubles. The creation of a school of creative industries based at the Belokholunitskaya Children's School of Arts is budgeted at 50.6 million rubles.
