      To restore the citizen’s violated rights, the district prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit. The court sided with the plaintiff and ordered the regional Ministry of Health to provide the man with the necessary medication.

      The enforcement of the court decision is under the supervision of the Orlovsky District Prosecutor’s Office.
