The Legislative Assembly supported providing free legal assistance to Kirov residents deprived of parental rights.
Today at the plenary session of the Legislative Assembly deputies considered a bill introducing amendments to the law "On Free Legal Aid in the Kirov Region." It was proposed to adopt it in two readings.
The document provides for the extension of free legal aid to persons deprived of parental rights or whose parental rights have been restricted. However, they will be able to receive it only if they apply for assistance on issues of restoring parental rights or lifting restrictions on parental rights.
It should be noted that, because of the deputies' unanimous opinion, it was decided to consider this matter without presentation or discussion. Thirty-eight voted in favor; no one voted against.
