Half of them (49%) chose summer, 7% — spring, 5% — autumn and only 2% — winter. One in four respondents (24%) have not yet decided when to take their holiday, and 13% prefer not to plan their vacation in advance and leave scheduling to HR. Women choose summer for their vacation more often than men, while men are more likely not to make plans in advance. Kirov residents over 45 take vacations in summer less often (41%) and more often in spring (10%). Among residents with below-average salaries there are fewer who plan a summer vacation (43%), but more who prefer winter (6%). And among city residents with children, summer holidays remain the most popular option.
