As of October 1, Kirov's municipal debt amounts to 2.36 billion rubles. It was the same at the beginning of the year.

Debt servicing now costs 217.5 million rubles a year. This amount has recently increased because the city was unable to obtain the budgetary loan it had expected.

Earlier we wrote that the amount of Kirov's budgetary loans is 1.06 billion rubles. The rest was taken from banks.

Kirov saved 261 million on its purchases. "Gorelektroset" transferred 43 million to the budget, "Vodokanal" — 46 million. Kirov will allocate money for the upkeep of new schools and kindergartens and to assist "ATP".

Doesn't debt servicing count as an expense? It's stayed the same??? No — at the beginning of the year it was one amount, and at the end it's 217.5 million more!
