
A man from Kirov was taken from the trauma ward by Rosgvardiya officers.
According to the Directorate of the Russian National Guard for the Kirov Region, on the night of October 21 the National Guard received several “Alarm” signals from various institutions in Kirov.
One of the calls came at about three a.m. from a medical facility on Mendeleeva Street. According to the National Guard, a 21‑year‑old man caused a disturbance, disturbing patients and staff. He was detained and handed over to the police.
Earlier, at about one a.m., a panic button was triggered at a café on Karl Marx Street. There a 39‑year‑old patron also breached public order. He was taken to the police station.
Half an hour later another signal came from a café on Komsomolskaya Street. When security demanded that they stop their unlawful actions, two men, aged 32 and 54, did not comply. They were also detained and handed over to the police.
