Across the region that day cloudy weather is also expected, with light rain and rain with snow in places; fog possible at night and in the morning.
On Thursday, October 23, no significant precipitation is expected at night; light rain possible in places during the day. Nighttime temperatures will drop to 0 to +2°C, daytime will be +4 to +6°C. Across the region temperatures may fall to −2°C at night.
On Friday, October 24, the region is expected to have cloudy weather and light rain, locally mixed with wet snow. Nighttime temperatures will range from −1°C across the region to +4°C in Kirov, daytime +3 to +8°C. Fog will persist in places at night and in the morning.
