A property complex in Kirov has been put up for sale for 155 million rubles.
As part of the disposal of non-core assets, a property complex located in Kirov at 96 Depovskaya Street has been put up for sale. The information was published on the electronic trading platform "RTS-tender."
The lot includes several real estate assets with a total area of about 6,500 sq. m — a checkpoint, warehouses, garages, a fruit storage facility, a vegetable storage facility, a boiler house, as well as a land plot of 30,100 sq. m and movable property.
The auction is organized by JSC "Railway Trading Company" (ZHTK). The starting price of the lot is set at 155.1 million rubles, the deposit — 15.5 million rubles.
Applications will be accepted until November 19, 2025; participants' documents will be reviewed on November 25; the auction will take place on November 26. Under the terms of the auction, the winner will be able to conclude the sale and purchase agreement within five business days after the results are finalized.
