The investigation into a fatal traffic accident involving a motorcyclist in Kirov has been completed.

      The accident occurred on the evening of August 1 at 116a Moskovskaya Street. According to the investigation, the driver of a Chevrolet, while turning left, failed to ensure the maneuver was safe and did not yield the right of way to a Honda motorcycle traveling in the opposite direction. As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries. Investigators collected evidence fully confirming the guilt of the driver of the passenger car. He admitted his involvement in the incident. The investigation has been completed, and the criminal case has been sent to the Leninsky District Prosecutor's Office in Kirov for approval of the indictment and subsequent consideration in court.
