Today, October 20, around midday a fire broke out in a two-apartment residential building in the settlement of Olimpiysky, Kumyonsky District. Information about the blaze was received at 11:13.
According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kirov Region, 10 personnel and 4 units of equipment from the Russian EMERCOM and the municipal fire service were dispatched to the scene. By 12:07 the open flames had been completely extinguished.
According to rescuers, no one was injured in the incident. Nearby buildings were saved from the fire. Specialists from the Russian EMERCOM are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
