As reported by the Kirov Region prosecutor’s office, on the evening of June 8, 2025, a man was driving along Stepana Khalturina Street in Zuevka when he was stopped by traffic police (GIBDD). The driver showed obvious signs of intoxication and was removed from driving. He refused to undergo a medical examination.
A check revealed that he had previously been held administratively liable for a similar violation — at that time he was fined 45,000 rubles and had his license revoked for 1.5 years.
The court agreed with the position of the public prosecutor’s office and sentenced the man to 180 hours of community service and deprived him of the right to drive for 1.5 years. In addition, at the prosecutor’s request, the UAZ vehicle was confiscated to the state.
