
In Kirov, three hooligans were detained in cafes and bars.
Recently, shortly before midnight, an alarm was received at the Rosgvardiya security service’s dispatch center from a bar on Uralskaya Street in the city of Kirov. National Guard officers rushed to the address.
At the bar, law enforcement officers found a 36-year-old troublemaker who, while drunk, deliberately damaged the glass panel of the establishment’s entrance door with his fist. He was taken to the police station. The amount of the damage is currently being determined.
In addition, shortly after 1 a.m. a Rosgvardiya detention unit responded to an alarm at a café on Vladimirskaya Street (formerly Karl Marx Street). During the check a 39-year-old Kirov resident who had disturbed the peace was identified. He was also handed over to the police.
At around 10:30 a.m. another alarm was received, this time from a café on Stroiteley Avenue. The National Guard officers who arrived at the venue found a 32-year-old Kirov resident who had disturbed the peace. He was taken to the police station.
