A new traffic light has been installed at the intersection of Entuziastov and Ulyanovskaya streets. Now from Entuziastov Street you can go straight — toward Evropeyskie Ulochki — and turn right — toward Rimma Yurovskaya Street.
A left turn has been officially prohibited. According to specialists, this was done primarily to improve driver safety. Specialists and GIBDD officers now go to the site daily to monitor traffic flow and, if necessary, fine‑tune the traffic light.
The changes are intended to make it easier to exit Evropeyskie Ulochki and to reduce the load on Ulyanovskaya. In addition, repair and restoration work will be carried out in the coming days on the section of Solnechnaya — from Inzhenernaya to Ulyanovskaya.
The launch of the new traffic light control scheme is scheduled before the weekend, the Kirov city administration reported.
