Thus, on October 3 around midnight in Sanchursky District on the “Sanchursk – Shishovka – Muserye” highway a Nissan Almera overturned. The driver was a minor who did not have the right to operate a vehicle. As a result of the accident one minor passenger died, and three other passengers, including two children, were injured and hospitalized. A criminal case has been opened in connection with the crash under paragraph “v” of part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
On October 4 during the day in Kirovo-Chepetsk at 1 Ganinskaya Street a 51-year-old woman driving a Kia Rio struck a 79-year-old cyclist. The man died of his injuries at the scene. A probe is underway.
Later, at 20:10 the same day, in the village of Pasegovo, Kirovo-Chepetsk District, a 34-year-old driver of a Chevrolet Lacetti struck a 45-year-old cyclist. The victim also died at the scene.
On October 5 at 12:00 in Orichevsky District on the “Kirov – Strizhi – Orichi” highway a Datsun and a Lada Kalina collided. The driver and a 45-year-old female passenger of the Lada sustained injuries.
Late that evening another traffic accident occurred in Kirovo-Chepetsk — at 9 Ganinskaya Street. A Lada Priora and a Lada Kalina collided. As a result the driver and two underage female passengers of the Priora were injured.
