The Prosecutor's Office of Sanchursky District in the Kirov Region uncovered an unauthorized household waste dump in the village of Korlyaki and, through the courts, ordered the local administration to remove it.

Residents complained that garbage was being piled up right along Dzerzhinsky Street, violating sanitary regulations. An inspection confirmed that the waste had been placed illegally and posed a threat to the environment and people's health.
After the supervisory authority's intervention, the court upheld the prosecutor's demands and ordered the administration to eliminate the dump within a specified period. Enforcement of the decision is under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
