The goats belonging to a man from Peskovka entered a neighbor's property and were beaten.

Inspectors found that the farm's premises are not fenced, so the animals can freely wander onto neighbors' property or come into contact with other animals. Pigs are kept together with goats, although regulations require them to be kept separately. Furthermore, most of the pigs and some of the goats lack ear tags — by law these tags confirm the animals' registration and record-keeping. On paper the owner is listed as having only 10 ducks, 2 pigs and 14 goats; however, in reality more than 30 ducks, about 30 goats and 10 pigs were found. Experts stressed that such violations are dangerous: without proper record-keeping and housing conditions it is difficult to monitor the animals' health, which increases the risk of disease spread. The owner has been issued an official warning and ordered to remedy the violations.
