As reported by the city administration, today a repair crew restored lighting at building No. 5 on Chelyuskintsev Street: they turned the lamp toward the roadway and replaced the fixtures. During the day the specialists handled seven requests.
"We handle all incoming reports. Every day the mobile response crew drives to addresses, identifies defects and forwards them to the repair service. If only fixture replacement is required, up to ten faults can be fixed in a day," said the institution's deputy director, Andrey Domrachev.
The mayor's office clarified that fulfilling requests is sometimes complicated by limited access to courtyard areas. To speed up the process, residents are advised to leave contact information when contacting the dispatch service — to coordinate the timing of the work with residents and the management company.
