The incident occurred around midnight. After receiving a police alert, a detention team from the Departmental Security Service arrived at the store and found a broken plastic window. The building was secured, after which an investigative-operational team was called in.
During an inspection of the premises, law enforcement officers found the "night visitor" — a 28-year-old unemployed local resident with a prior conviction. He was found with several bottles of spirits and a pack of sliced fish.
The detainee was handed over to the police. The amount of damage is being determined.
