Alexander Nelyubin, a veteran of the prosecutor's office, has died in Kirov Oblast.
Veteran of the Kirov Region prosecutorial authorities and home-front worker Alexander Nelyubin has died at the age of 96, the supervisory authority’s press service reported.
Nelyubin was born in 1930 in the village of Chuchi, Orichevsky District. In 1969 he graduated from the All‑Union Correspondence Law Institute. He began his service in the prosecutorial bodies in 1967 as an assistant to the Kirovo‑Chepetsk interdistrict prosecutor.
From 1970 to 1975 Alexander Yakovlevich headed the Murashinsky District prosecutor’s office. In 1979 he was appointed deputy prosecutor of Kirov’s Oktyabrsky District, where he worked until 1985. From 1985 to 1993 he served as the Slobodskoy interdistrict prosecutor. From 1993 to 1996 he worked as a department prosecutor and senior department prosecutor in the department for oversight of the legality of judicial decisions in criminal cases at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kirov Region.
During his years of service Nelyubin received the class rank of Senior Counselor of Justice. His awards include the title “Honored Worker of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation,” the distinction badge “For Fidelity to the Law” first class, the medals “Veteran of Labour,” “Veteran of the Prosecutor’s Office,” the “Yaguzhinsky Medal,” awards “For Valorous Labour in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945,” “290 Years of the Prosecutor’s Office of Russia,” “300 Years of the Prosecutor’s Office of Russia,” and others.
