      In Slobodskoy, construction of a children’s polyclinic has been completed. The facility recently received authorization to begin operations. The licensing procedure will take place within the next month, and in November the clinic will begin admitting young patients.

      The building is connected to all utilities, finishing work has been completed, and installation of furniture and equipment is being finalized. Among the new features is a computed tomography (CT) scanner, which the city did not previously have.

      The first floor will house the registration desk, a surgical room, a pharmacy and the CT scanner. The second and third floors will contain pediatric consultation rooms, and will also accommodate the ophthalmology, physiotherapy and diagnostic departments. A rehabilitation department will open on the fourth floor.
