      An inspection showed that a 60-year-old woman held the post of head of the city's territorial department of the administration of the Murashinsky municipal district without having a higher education. This violates the requirements of federal legislation on municipal service.

      The district prosecutor submitted a representation to the head of the district, but he did not take the necessary measures. As a result, the supervisory authority filed a lawsuit to terminate the employment contract. The court granted the prosecutor's claims.

      The municipal official will be removed from office after the court's decision comes into force. The district prosecutor's office will monitor enforcement.
