Inside they found a man born in 1966 who, according to the administrator, while drunk had behaved aggressively: he shouted, swore, and disturbed other patrons. The man from Kirov did not respond to staff requests to calm down.
At one point the angry visitor threw a glass at an alcohol display case and broke it. The establishment suffered damage amounting to three thousand rubles. The hooligan was taken to the police station for further investigation.
