This year in Kirov Oblast there were 206 motorcycle accidents, in which 15 people were killed and 232 were injured. Compared with 2024, the number of accidents decreased by 2.8%, the number of fatalities by 36.4%, and the number of injured by 1.3%.
In one in four accidents a minor was injured. In total this year in the region 54 teenage motorcycle riders were injured. Most of the accidents were caused by motorcycle riders, including unlicensed riders.
