      The Kirov Regional institution "Center for Technical Support of State Procurements" has announced an open electronic tender for carrying out partial capital repairs of the building of Municipal Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten No. 1 in the town of Murashi, Kirov Oblast. The initial (maximum) contract price amounts to 70,269,980 rubles. Bids to participate in the tender are accepted until 15 October 2025; the results are scheduled for 20 October. The work must be completed by 31 December 2026, financed from the budget of the Murashinsky Municipal District. The contract requires mandatory performance security of 5% of the contract amount and provides a warranty period for the work results of 5 years. Organizations eligible to participate in the tender must have experience in performing major repairs or construction of capital construction projects in an amount of not less than 20% of the initial contract price and must be members of self-regulatory organizations in the construction sector. At the same time, at least 25% of the subcontracted work must be performed by small business entities or socially oriented non-profit organizations.
